Land Profit Generator:  Learn Why People Stop Paying Property Taxes

Why would anyone no longer want a piece of property? It may surprise you that people are willing to surrender valuable property due to delinquent property taxes. The obvious assumption about such a property is that there must be something terribly wrong with it for them to just let it go.  You will learn in the Land Profit Generator  by Jack Bosch that there a variety of reasons for unpaid taxes, and a tremendous opportunity for investors.

In reality, the vast majority of tax delinquent properties have absolutely nothing wrong with them. Many of them actually have a lot of valuable assets including utilities, maintained road access, city water, and trees. To be sure, there are properties that you want to avoid, but you will learn how to steer clear of those with some training like we offer in the Land Profit Generator.

Why then do land owners no longer want their property? The reasons are as diverse as the landowners themselves. In my experience, I have found some common themes that I have narrowed down to a top 10 list, and I’ll share some of them with you now.
1. The property owners live out of state and do not want to deal with all the details of a long distance sale.
2. The original owner is deceased, and the heirs have no attachment to the property and would just prefer to get a little money out of it.
3. The owners have divorced and need the cash. As you can imagine, divorces are expensive and involve a lot of emotional baggage. There are situations where one individual brought the property into the relationship, but the other party receives it as part of the divorce settlement. Any attachment they have to the property is most likely negative, so they just want to unload it without spending anything on property taxes.
4. The owner bought it for a specific purpose that never actually materialized, and now the land is a burden.
